We have a WatchGuard X550e Firmware v10.2.When I go to the WatchGuard Report manager and open Edit -Create Reports.
The Click a checkbox to select a report box is completely empty. The reporting server is on a different machine than the System Manager not sure if that is the problem or not. I put in the IP of the report server and then put in the passphrase. And click login. I get no error saying a connection could not be established or that my login was incorrect. Watchguard Policy Manager Serial Number CorrectlyAlso, when you go to Edit-Define a group; under available devices do you see the IP and serial number correctly. Finally, what do you get if you click Edit-Update report list. However I dont see where I can point the Report Server to the Firewall. Im not sure where to check to make sure the nameIP on report server is exactly same as the FB name itself. In report server settings; logging settings have you configured Enable log messages to WatchGuard log server. I have the Send log messages to the log servers at these IP addresses check and the IP of the LogReporting server is in there. The log level is set to Warning do I need to change it to something else. I read something about PostGreSQL not installing properly from a Remote connection. So I uninstalled the Log and Report server and reinstalled if directly on the server. The Firebox showed up in my device list on the Report manager.
